    Instructions

    Instructions to make Restaurant style all-purpose gravy:

    1. Firstly grap all the ingredients and chop them, beside that soak the cashews in hot water for about 20 minutes and next wash & soak mint leaves, green chilies,ginger and garlic fresh.
    2. Chopped onions & all spices.
    3. Take a non-stick wok pop in 1 cup of oil then add all the Garam masala with bay leaves and sauté it for two minutes and next add in the chopped onions and sauté it till half fried add in salt, ginger garlic,green chilies and stir well then pop in the chopped tomatoes and mix well.
    4. Cover the lid & cook it for around 15 minutes while the Tomatoes get softened then add mint leaves make sure the water is soaked in te gravy.
    5. Once it gets cooled down to room temperature besides blend a fine paste of cashews with some water then in a blender jar and pop in the tomato gravy pulse it to a fine paste now in wok add the other cup of oil add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder sauté it for a minute then first pop in the tomatoes gravy.
    6. Sauté it till the oil separates then add in cashews paste again sauté till oil separates lastly add crushed fenugreek & Garam masala powder leaves stir for few minutes then off the flame burner add a tablespoon of butter while it’s hot.
    7.
