    1. Take one pan add 1 tbsp oil, after the oil gets hot add ginger, green chillies, roughly chopped capsicum, peas saute for 1 minute. After 1 minute add blanched spinach, fresh coriander leaves, fresh mint leaves and pinch of salt and mix it till the moisture is observed.
    2. Turn off the flame and let it cool for some time. After it cools grind the mixture. After grinding add boiled and mashed potato, mashed paneer, cornflour 1 tbsp, garam masala chaat masala and salt as per your taste and 4 Tbsp bread crumbs.mix it well, make kababs and roll it on the bread crumbs and deep-frying them.
