    The ingredients needed to make Carrots Halwa:

    1. Make ready 1 kg Carrots
    2. Make ready 100g Sugar or to taste
    3. Take 1lt Milk
    4. Get 2 tbsp Ghee
    5. Make ready As required Dryfruits for garnish
    6. Get 1/2 tsp Elaichi / green cardamom powder

    Instructions to make Carrots Halwa:

    1. Take carrots and wash. Then grated approx 600gms. Now take a pan and heat, add ghee,carrots and saute them for 10 mins.when it's become smooth and transparent now add milk and stir it continuously. Meanwhile add grated dry fruits & elaichi / green cardamom powder. After sometime add milk & mix. When it looks like dough consistency now add sugar & mix well. When it colour is become saffron the halwa is ready
    2. Then add elaichi powder & stir it, transfer it to grease plate and press with catori to provide equal level garnish with dry fruits. After that cut into pieces &/ store in containers.
