    3. Add 3 tsp Oil in a kadai. Once oil gets heat, add the white part of the chopped spring onions, cabbage, carrot, beans, capsicum, peas and sugar. Saute well for a 2 mins. For Fried rice vegetables must be raw not fully boiled.
    4. Add pepper powder, soya sauce and salt. Mix well for 2 mins.
    5. Add the rice and mix well for 2 mins.
