    1. Preparation:-
    2. First take rice in a bowl and wash it well and soak for 10 to 15 minutes. Soak Kesar into 2 teaspoon milk. We divide badam in two part. We have to grind half part of badam and chhoped remaining half part.
    3. Now start cooking:-
    4. Take milk in a pan and put it on gas on full flame. After that cook milk more 10 minutes on medium flame now add soak rice in it and let it cook on medium flame stir it occasionally.
    5. After half hour its consistency becomes thick. check our rice. If rice cooked well then it's ok otherwise cook it more than 10 minutes on medium flame.
    6. Now add ghee and grinded Badam and sugar in it. Also add ealichi powder and cook it on full flame for 10 minutes. stir it continuously.
    7. Now add Kesar milk and chopped badam in it and switch off the flame. Cover it and rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes we would see a very nice Aroma comes out from kheer.
