    2. Make ready 15-20 Almonds soaked in water

    5. Get 1 tsp Cardamom powder

    Instructions to make Kesar Badam Milk:

    1. Soak 15-20 almonds in warm water for 2 hours.
    2. Peel the skin of the almond and puree it in a blender till it forms a smooth paste.
    3. Soak saffron strands in hot milk for 30 minutes.
    4. HOW TO BOIL MILK:- Boil 1-liter full-fat milk in a heavy bottom pan.
    5. Once it comes to a boil, add the almond paste and saffron strands.
    6. Let the milk boil for 10-15 minutes on a medium flame stirring it in between till the milk reduces in quantity.
    7. Add sugar and cardamom powder in the boiling milk and boil it for another 5 minutes.
    8. Turn off the flame and let the milk cool down.
    9. HOW TO SERVE:- Serve this Almond Saffron milk either hot or once it comes down to room temperature chill it the refrigerator for 2 hours and serve it chilled.
