    1. Peel,wash & grate the carrots.
    2. Heat desi ghee in a karahi & add grated carrot.Stir constantly. Roast till it loses moisture
    3. Add milk, after a boil,slow the flame & cook till milk is completely absorbed.
    4. Now add sugar,chopped almonds & green cardamom powder or crushed.
    5. Cook till mixture becomes thick.put it in the greased plate & spread it.
    6. Cut it in to pieces,when it cool down. Garnish with cashews & serve hot.
