Ek karahi mein adha cup pani dalen phir us main haldi namak sabut zeera adrak lehson paste or pyaaz daal ke achi trhan mix krn or phir us main chicken daal ke 5 se 6 min tak low to medium flame par dam de dein chicken ko adhaa paka lein
Phir ek alag pteela le krr us main oil garam kar ke sabut garam masale add krn orr thora saa pani add kar dein or phirr korma bnane ke liye tmam masale add karein orr achi trhan mix karein
Masalon ke sath hii tamatar add kar dn orr 2 3 min low flame par dum de dein taa ke tamatar naram ho jayn
Tamatar naram ho jayn to us mein dahi add kar ke masale ko achi trhan bhunen
Masala bhun ke us main cook kiya hva chicken add kar dein orr sb ko achi trhan mix karein or 5 10 min tak pkaayn korma tyar hai
Chawal boil krne ke liye ek alag pateela main khula pani lein us mein sirka namak oil khre masale add karein or boil hone ke liye rakh dein
Jab pani ublne lg jaay to bheege hoe chawal ublte pani mein daal dein or adhe kache pakke chawal hon too chawal chaan ln or chawlon ke pani ka ek cup save kar lein
Chawlon ko teh dene ke liye adha kormaa pateele se nikaal ke chawl ki teh lgayn adha nikala hva korma phir chawlon par daln or us par phir chawlon ki teh lgayn
Chawlon ki teh ke upar fresh dhaniya podeena brown pyaaz chawlon ka save kiya hva pani or zardaa rang daal ke 15 se 20 min tak low flame par dam lgaa dein
15 20 min ke baad dum khol kar achi trhan mix karein and plate or tray mein dish out karein
