    1. Wash & soak daal for 4-5 hrs - Soaked almonds in warm water & peel it
    2. Grind daal in fine paste & almonds in coarse paste by using very little water - Now take a pan put 1 cup ghee & roast almond paste in light pink color; remove in bowl
    3. In same pan take 1 cup ghee & roast moong daal paste till it becomes pink - Now add roasted almond paste in daal & roast together till it become light brown color
    4. In another pan put sugar, water & little saffron; boil it till sugar melts now add in Daal Badam paste & cook till ghee separate
    5. Let it little cool & add cardamom Powder, sliced almonds & pistachios & pinch of javatri & jaiphal nutmeg & mace Powder & little saffron also - Take it out in serving bowl or choice of your vessel & serve hot
    6. You can store in fridge for - 15-20 days & freezer for 2 months
