First prepare your stock wash mutton very well add in pateela now add water all spices that mentioned above cook first on high flame until one boil come then low medium your flame and cook it untill mutton done

Take a wok place on another stove add 2tbsl oil and Onion fry it untill done with light golden brown clr

When aroma release then add mutton after strain it from stock stir it for 5m
