    1. Heat a pan, add 1spn ghee and saute the carrots for 5 mins. Boil the full cream milk and add it to the carrot.
    2. Once milk reduces, add condensed milk and sugar. Sugar releases moisture and makes halwa gooey. Add pinch of salt which enhances the taste.
    3. Cook until moisture evaporates and sprinkle cardamom powder, remaining ghee. Add roasted nuts and serve halwa warm or chilled with Ice cream.
    4. Note: I have used the slow pot method. You can do the same in the cooker as well. You can also skip condensed milk and add sugar completely. It's always a personal choice.
