    Instructions to make Karhai Tarkari:

    1. Wash & boil aloo.when soft & bit cool,peel off skin & chop in bite size chunks.To avoid cutting of tomato; I used freezed tomato.soak them in water for few min & then remove skin only.
    2. Chop onion finally.heat oil in karahi.saute onion to pink.add currypata & all dry spices.let them pop.
    3. Add tomato.add all masala.& cook at medium to mix well.
    4. When masala & tomato are well fried.add cut aloo.mix all very well.lower the heat.cover karahi & let them cook in own water but i hv added 1/2 cup water later to make gravy.
    5. I have added 1/2 water to make little gravy & mashed aloos in karhai to give sticky texture.lastly add harimirch haradhania & serve hot.sadly there was no poori with this karhaitarkari treat so Chapati sy kaam challa lyea.tastes equally yummy
