Prepare 1/4 cup Tamarind pulp (imli pulp)
Get 1 tsp Chaat Masala
Take 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
Take 1 bay leaf
Make ready leaves Few curry pata
Take Green chillies, Corriander, Lemon, Ginger julians for garnish
Instructions
Steps to make Choola Tarkari:
Wash and soak chickpeas (chooly) overnight or for6-7 hours. Boil with 1 tsp soda till tender. Do not dry all water from boiling.leave some in pot and mash some chooly to give mix texture.
Take oil in a pan. Add zeera, sabut dhania, methidana, rai, kalonji, saunf, currypatta and bay leaf. When splitter add finely chop onions and fry to translucent. Add gingergarlic paste and finally chop tomatoes.fry. add some water and cover to cook on medium heat. When tomato are soft add lal mirch, cutti lal mirch, haldi and salt and fry till oil gets seprate. Add boiled and mashed cholay with its water.mix well. Cover and cook for 10-15 min on low heat. Add Tamarind pulp and chaat Masala.
Garnish with green chillies, corriander, ginger julians and serve with puris or naan as well. Enjoy
