    Instructions

    Steps to make Chena Bora Tarkari:

    1. Boil milk in a sauce pan then add vinegar and let it split. Then drain it in a colander. Let it cool down.
    2. Heat oil for deep frying
    3. In a mixing bowl add chhena, salt, red chilli powder, haldi, garam masala, Baking powder, chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves. Mix properly. Then make balls. Deep fry them in oil. You will get 15 balls.
    4. In a blender jar add onion, ginger, garlic, cumin and cinnamon and make a smooth paste
    5. Heat oil in a pan add bay leaf and cumin. Let it crackle
    6. Now add chopped onion and saute up to golden brown.
    7. Then add add masala paste and saute.
    8. When it is almost dry add chopped tomatoes and also all the dry spices
    9. Let it cook up to oil separates
    10. Now cut potatoes and add to it and saute. Add water and let it boil and add sugar
    11. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 mins
    12. Then add fried chhena balls and cook for 5 mins covering all the way
    13. Add chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
