Boil the milk
By the time milk is boiling peel off the blanched almonds & grind them in the mixie and make a fine paste. You can add little milk while grinding.
Take 10 to 12 leaves of saffron and add little hot milk so that the it's get the proper colour and flavor.
Cook the milk for 7 to 8 mins so that it consistency gets thick.
Now add the almonds paste into it & mix well. Clear the jar with the help of milk.
Now add all the saffron leaves & sugar. Cook until it gets a boil.
Now add finely chopped almonds.
Now swtich off the gas. Serve it hot as well as cold as per your taste.
