Make ready 1Β½ cup Suji
Prepare 1/2 cup homemade ghee or pure ghee
Take 1 bowl Sugar
Prepare 1 glass hot water
Get 1 glass milk

Steps to make Badam Suji Halwa:
Grind Badam/almonds and make powder.
Take the Kadhai and roast suji on medium flame, keep stirring. Take it out in another container once done.
Heat Ghee in the Kadhai. And add Badam powder, keep stirring for a couple of minutes.
Than add roasted suji, keep stirring for another couple of minutes. Add water, milk, sugar and salt. And slow down The flame. Keep stirring.
Once it is done, when it is totally dry, than put off the gas. Garnish with badam. And enjoy.
I used food colour, as my son likes it. U can also use a pinch of food colour by mixing it with water, or can skip it.
