    2. Make ready 2 medium sized capsicum

    7. Get 1 tbsp red chilli powder
    8. Take 1 tbsp cumin powder
    9. Get 1 tbsp punjabi garam masala
    10. Make ready 1 tsp turmeric powder
    11. Get 1 tbsp kasuri methi
    12. Get 1 bay leaf
    13. Prepare 4-5 cloves
    14. Take 1 cinnamon stick
    15. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
    16. Prepare 3-4 cardomons
    17. Prepare 2 cheese cubes
    18. Prepare 1 tbsp oil
    19. Get 1 tbsp butter

    Instructions

    Steps to make Mix Punjabi Subji:

    1. Firstly cut the all veggies in diced shape.
    2. Now heat a oil in pan and add cumin seeds,bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves and cardomon saute it for half a minute and add chopped onion,garlic cloves and tomato.
    3. After couple a minute add cashew nuts cover it with lid and saute well untill onion get translucent.
    4. After 5 to 6 turn off the flame and let it cool
    5. Now transfer the saute vegies in grinding jar and make a fine paste.
    6. Now add 1 tbsp butter in a same kadai with remaining oil and add paneer, capsicum, and onion and cover it with lid.
    7. Vegies became soft in few minutes, now add prepared gravy and mix it well. Now add all dry masala and crushed kasuri methi and cook it for a 2 minutes when oil get separate from the gravy add some water in it and cook it on low flame and add some crushed paneer.
    8. After few minutes our subji is ready, now garnish it with little cheese cube or shredded cheese and serve it. Enjoy with butter naan or butter roti.
