    4. Prepare 4-5 Dired red chillies

    6. Prepare as required Mustard,cumin seeds & asafoetida for tempering
    7. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
    8. Get 1 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
    9. Get 2 tbsp Coriander cumin powder
    10. Get 1/2 tsp Garam masala
    11. Get 2 tsp Dry mango powder
    12. Prepare to taste Jaggery
    13. Get 1/2 cup Curd
    14. Make ready 2 tbsp Cream

    1. Soak kar it water for 5-6 hours.
    2. Transfer it to cooker.Take a whistle on high flame.then cook them on low flame for 10mins.
    3. Soak raisins red chilli and dates in water for an hour.
    4. In a bowl Combine together the turmeric red chilli coriander cumin powder dry mango powder garam masala salt curd malai.make a fine paste
    5. Heat the oil in kadai add tempering.when it crakcs add mixture paste to it.
    6. Cook until oil seprates.
    7. Now add soked items and cook for 5mins.
    8. Add boiled kar jaggery and cook for 2-3mins.
