    1. Get For nadia bara:1 medium sized coconut grated
    2. Prepare 1 tsp rice flour
    3. Make ready 2 tsp gram flour

    5. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    6. Take 1/4 tsp chilli powder

    11. Get 2 boiled potatoes
    12. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    13. Prepare 1/2 tsp chilli powder

    16. Get 1 tomato chopped
    17. Get 2 cup water
    18. Make ready 1/2 tsp sugar
    19. Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

    21. Take 1 onion
    22. Make ready 1 inch ginger
    23. Make ready 5-6 cloves garlic
    24. Take 2 cardamom
    25. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    26. Make ready 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
    27. Make ready 1 red chilli
    28. Prepare 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    29. Prepare 2 cloves
    30. Prepare 1 bay leaf

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Nadia Bara torkari:

    1. First of all prepare the masala paste by grinding all the ingredients and keep them aside.
    2. In bowl mix all the ingredients for making coconut vada / nadia Bara and make small balls of it.
    3. Heat a Kadai with oil and deep fry the coconut ball in medium flame till they become golden brown in colour and keep them aside.
    4. Cut the boiled potatoes into cube sizes and fry them in oil.
    5. Heat a Kadai and put oil in it. Add the sugar and when they caramelise then add cumin seeds. When they crackle then add the chopped onion in it and stir it.
    6. When they become transluscent then add the masala paste along with turmeric, chilli powder and salt in it. Then add chopped tomatoes in it.
    7. Cook it till the tomatoes become slender and the masala release oil from it.
    8. Then add the potatoes and mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes in low flame and then add the water in it.
    9. Allow the water to boil for sometime and then add the nadia bara / coconut vadas in it.
    10. Again allow it to boil for 1-2 minutes and switch off the flame.
    11. Now your nadia bora torkari is ready. Serve hot with chapatti or Paratha by garnishing with some chopped coriander leaves.
