In a hot pan put oil then add jeera allow it to crackle then add green chillies saute it
Add vegetables, haldi and salt saute it well. When it is half done add all masala except curry masala mix well sprinkle some water and close the lid
After 5 mins mix well and add curry masala powder, coriander leaves mix well
Mix vegetable dry sabji is ready to serve. Serve it with chapati, paratha or rice
