    Steps to make Sprouts Sabzi:

    1. First take all the sprouts- Matki, moong whole and Deshi Chana.
    2. Wash them with water two times.
    3. Now soak the sprouts with water overnight.
    4. In the morning we will see that sprouts have become larger.
    5. Remove the water from it and let them sprout for approx -12 hours in a moist cloth and a bowl.
    6. After 12 hours we will see that they are sprouted.
    7. Now take a kadhai to that add oil. Now add jeera and hing to it and stir well.
    8. Now to the oil add red chilli powder, dhania powder, garam masala, and haldi
    9. Saute all masala on a low- medium flame.
    10. Now add the sprouts to the kadhai and mix everything well.
    11. Let the sprouts cook on a low flame only for 4-5 mins not more than that.
    12. Delicious and Healthy sprouts are ready. These are an amazing, light and healthy lunch.Do try these
