Instructions
Steps to make Restaurant style shahi paneer:
First heat up a pan with oil add the whole spices (bay leaf, cloves, black pepper corn, green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon stick) sauté it for few seconds then add cashews and roughly chopped ginger and garlic fry for few seconds.
Now add roughly chopped onion, tomato, salt and sugar and add enough water mix it and cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes till it’s done.
After that grind it to make fine and smooth paste. Now strain it for 2 time to make smooth and silky sauce.
Now heat up a pan with oil add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder,roasted gram flour and fry it till thickens. Then add the strained sauce and mix it well.
Now add lemon juice mix it and cook for 10-12 minutes on medium flame.Meanwhile add milk and cook it to reduce half of it and switch off the flame.
It is restaurant style shahi paneer so I do this. Heat a pan add the sauce and add fresh cream, garam masala powder and Kasturi methi give it a good mix then add paneer pieces mix it and at last add butter and switch off the flame and serve it.
