    5. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
    6. Take 1/2 teaspoon sugar

    6. Roast it for about 5-7 minutes till chapati pieces becomes a bit crispy
    7. Add chilli powder, salt and mix it well
    8. Turn off the heat and add sugar, mix it well
    9. Serve it hot

    It should start darkening almost immediately. When small bubbles start to form, spread a little.
