Left over 2 chapati's break into small pieces. Keep aside. Heat oil in a kadai. Add 1 tsp ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Saute it for few minutes. Then add chopped onion. Fry for few minutes. Add turmeric powder
Add roasted red chilli, cumin and coriander powder. If you want use red chilli. I have used 1/2 tsp red chilli powder. Mix…….well.
Add chapati's pieces. Mix………….well. Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and salt. Once it is done.
Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and roasted dry fruits. Now Left over roti chura is Ready to serve……………
