    2. Take a pan, add oil and let it hot. Once oil is hot add garlic and asfoitida.
    3. Add Brinjal, all masala and salt. Don't mix it. Add methi on top. And cover it as it is.
    4. After 5 minutes, open and mix gently. Cook another 5 minutes. Don't cover now. Don't dry completely. It's ready to serve with Bhakhari or Roti.
