Take 4 medium sized potatoes
Get 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
Take 1/2 teaspoon jeera/ cumin seeds

Steps to make Potato Sabzi:
Take potatoes cut into cubes and wash them thoroughly under water.
Take kadai. Add oil.or ghee. Put Hing and jeera. Let it splutter. Add green chillies.
Add potatoes now and saute on high flame. Mix well. Let it cook on high flame properly.
Add salt, haldi, red Chilli powder and mix well. Lower the flame and cover with lid and cook until it softens.
When it softens add coriander powder, amchur powder and cover for one min.
Now add coriander leaves while serving.
Serve this sabzi with piping hot puris. Trust me it tastes awesome.
