    2. Heat 2 glasses of water when it start boiling add one tbsp of salt. put cauliflower into it.keep it in boiling water for 15 min.
    3. Heat oil fry cauliflower little.(it's optional) transfer it to a plate.
    4. Then Add cloves and cinnamon. Put chopped onion saute well add ginger garlic paste.stir fry.
    5. When onion becomes brown add tomatoes saute and put red chilli powder, jeera powder & salt stir well till tomatoes turn soft.put 1 tbsp water and cook well.
    6. Now gravy is ready. At this stage add cauliflower stir well with masala. Add 1 1/2 cup of water cook on medium to low flame.Dont cover.
    7. When water reduces and cauliflower absorbs flavours of masala.your veg.full cauliflower is ready.
    8. Transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle garam masala.Garnish chopped coriander leaves and decorate with tomatoes and onions.Serve with nan or rice.
