    2. Then we need to mix grated potato, cauliflower, capsicum & green peas. then smash all this together with smasher.
    3. Then we need to take one large wok and add 4-5 tbsp oil, wait till oil get hot. Add chopped onion and roast it until colour get change to golden. Then add chopped tomato in it and mix it well.
    4. Then we need to add followings items in it, ginger garlic paste, pav bhaji masala, chutney, red chilli powder, sugar, large piece of butter. Then mix it properly.
    5. Finally we need to add cooked ingradients in it and mix it properly. then we add some salt to taste and small piece of butter then cook it well for 10 minutes on medium flame.
