    3. Ub is Mein chopped tomatoes add karein 2 minute bhonain
    4. Phir is Mein tindey add karein or sath kuti laal Mirch or chopped green chillies And salt add krdain salt is waqt Thora kum dalain jab sabzi bhonny ke qareeb ho tab check Kar ke agar zarorat mehsoos ho to mazeed add krdain
    5. Ub 5 minute achi tarhan bhon kar isy cover kar ke 15 minutes ke liye rakh dain slow flame par tindey jald he gal jaty hein
    6. Ub 15 minute bad dhakkan hata kar 5 minute Bht achi tarhn medium to high flame par bhonain ke sabzi sa oil separate hojaye
    7. Ljye tayyr hai tinda ki sabzi Ub is par chopped hara Dhaniya add Kar ke flame off krdain
