    1. Prepare 4 medium size potatoes
    2. Take 2 tomatoes

    6. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    7. Get 4-5 curry leaves

    Instructions to make Aalu sabzi:

    1. First peel and cut the potatoes. Wash it and keep aside.
    2. Take a kadahi and add oil.heat the oil and add cumin seeds. When it crackles add green chillies and Curry leaves then add potatoes saute.cook for 2 minutes.
    3. Now add roughly chopped tomatoes turmeric powder red chilli and salt.mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Now cover the lid and turn the flame low to medium and cook it for 6-7 minutes. Check the potatoes get tender.turn off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
