    This recipe seemed weird and I was very suspicious as I was cooking it, but came out Delicious. The only thing I changed was the potatoes need more cooking time than the cauliflower. But of course, use whatever vegetables you have that need to be used! Saute the onions, red bell pepper and potatoes.


    Instructions

    1. Take a pan add oil add cumin seeds and ajwain stir add curry leaves and green chilli stir add onion fry 2-3 minutes and add tomatoes ginger garlic paste stir fry well. Then add salt red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, stir fry well masala and add potato stir and cook well add some water, then add carrot and stir cook add cauliflower, mix well and cook then add some water and cook in a low flame with lid 10 -15 minutes.
    2. Then add coriander leaves, stir and add fenugreek leaves, 2 tbsp butter and again keep low flame 5 minutes with lid.
    3. And ready to serve with paratha or chapati salad.
