Prepare 250 gm paneer cut in cubes

Take 2-3 tomato finely chopped
Make ready 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Get 1 tsp kasuri methi
Take 1 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions
Steps to make Restaurant style paneer kolhapuri:
Firstly, in a pan dry roast all the spices listed for masala on low flame for 2 minutes.
Blend to fine powder and kolhapuri masala is ready. keep aside.
Heat oil and fry paneer cubes. keep aside.
In the same oil add in bay leaf, onion, ginger garlic paste and saute well.
Furthermore add chopped tomato and cook well.
Add in prepared kolhapuri masala, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.
Saute on low flame till oil separates from masala.
Now add water and mix well adjusting consistency.add in fried paneer.cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Now add kasuri methi crushed with hands and mix well.
Garnish with grated paneer and coriander leaves.finally serve paneer kolhapuri masala with tandoori roti or garlic naan.
