    1. Mix pineapple (juice and all) with sugar, flour and eggs. Mix well.
    2. Butter bread and cut into cubes. You can remove the crust but I dont. Any bread you prefer will work.
    3. Pour pineapple mix into 2 quart baking dish.
    4. Top mixture with the bread cubes. Press bread down slightly into the mixture.
    5. Bake at 350°F uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes or until set and browned.
