    1. Wash basmati rice and soak in water for half an hour.
    2. For katjal ki sabzi:- Cut kathal in small pieces and deep fry it and keep aside and in the same oil deep fry two onions cut lenghth wise. Till brown in colour.
    3. In a mixing jaar add 3 onions 4 tomatoes and make a fine paste
    4. Now take a wok add all the whole spices and onions tomatoes purry and fry it till it leaves the side…niw add the spices and saute it fir few minutes and add kathal into it mix it well
    5. Now take a pressure cooker pour 2tbsp oil and kathal ki sabzi…in this add rice which was soaked and 1-1 / 2 water and close the lid
    6. Give one whistle and switch off the gas
    7. Now garnish the biryani with fried onions and corriander leaves.
    8. Serve hot with curd….its very yummy.
