    1. Peel and cut the jackfruit into small cubes.
    2. Heat plenty of water in a deep pan, add jackfruit cubes, salt and turmeric powder and cook for 10 minutes.
    3. Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds and cloves in a small pan till fragrant.
    4. Break red chillies, and put it in a mixer jar. Add ginger, garlic cloves, roasted spices, chopped coconut, and a little water and grind into a smooth paste.
    5. Heat coconut oil in another pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves to the hot oil and let the seeds splutter.
    6. Add chopped onions and saute till golden brown.
    7. Add tomato puree and saute till oil separates. Add ground paste and mix well. Add Tamarind pulp, salt and turmeric as per taste. Cook for 5 - 10 minutes on low heat.
    8. Add boiled jackfruit and mix well. Cook for few minutes. Turn off the stove.
    9. Ready to serve jackfruit Kerala Curry with hot rice.
