Take a pan put cummin seeds, black pepper seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom and roast them until they became brown then cool them down and make a powder in the mixer grinder
Grate the boiled potatoes and paneer after that mix with 4 tablespoon flour. Add salt, Jeera powder, kashmiri mirch as per your taste and make a dough
Grease some oil on hands and make a ball from dough then give it a shape of cup and fill chopped nuts and raisins in it then make it in cylindrical shape and coat it with the flour
Take a pan and deep fry the koftas until they became golden brown
Take a pan and put butter in it add onions in it and saute for 2 min. Then add tomatoes in it add little bit of water to soften tomatoes and cook it then add spices and ginger garlic green chilli paste in it. Let it cool down at room temperature. Put it in mixer grinder and make a paste
Take a pan put some oil in it now strain the prepared paste in pan and add cashewnut paste in it with fresh cream and cook it for 8-10 min
