    2. Ab ak karai mein oil daal kar gram Karein or usme medium flame par jackfruit ko fry kar ke nikaal le.
    3. Ab ak pan mein oil daal kar gram Karein or jeera, heeng, daal chini daal kar sauté Karein.ab usme ginger,garlic paste or green chilli daal kar sauté Karein.
    4. Phir onion daal kar light brown hone tak sauté Karein. Phir sare masale daal kar mix Karein or tomato purée daal kar bhun le.
    5. Jab tomato purée ache se bhun jae to malai or Kasturi methi daal kar ache se sauté Karein.
    6. Ab end mein jackfruit or pani daal kar pakaye.
    7. Jab ache se pakh jae to coriander daal kar gas band kar de.
