    1. Make ready 2 boxes beef broth
    2. Prepare 2 beef bullion cubes
    3. Get 1 pkg thin sliced beef about 12-16 oz
    4. Get Adolf's meat tenderizer
    5. Make ready 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
    6. Take 1 box thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
    7. Take 1 bunch bean sprouts
    8. Prepare 3 handfuls fresh spinach leaves, with stems trimmed
    9. Make ready to taste soy sauce
    10. Make ready to taste fish sauce
    11. Get 1 stalk cinnamon
    12. Make ready 1 piece grated fresh ginger
    13. Make ready extra broth if necessary
    14. Take rice noodles cooked to package directions
    15. Prepare extra green onions for garnish

    Instructions

    Steps to make Pho:

    1. Meat is very tough so, take it and separate into strips onto a baking sheet, coat with meat tenderizer on both sides, cover with foil and put into fridge for 4hrs
    2. In a Dutch oven, add broth, bullion cubes, cinnamon, ginger, fish sauce, and soy sauce; slowly bring to simmer to let flavors marry, about 30 mins
    3. Add mushrooms, and onions, cook for about 10mins
    4. Wash tenderizer off beef strips and add to pot with cooked rice noodles and bean sprouts, stir and cook about 5mins
    5. Remove from fire, fold in fresh spinach just to wilt
    6. Ladle into bowls and add more fresh sliced green onion to garnish, enjoy!
