Take Few Spring Onion
Get 1 packet Egg Noodles

Instructions to make Restaurant Style Chicken Chowmein:
For Sauce, Take a bowl add all the ingredients of chowemin sauce and mix well, set aside.
Boil Noodles according to package instructions I add salt and yellow food color while boiling to give a nice yellow color.
Marinate chicken with all the marination ingredients and rest for 15 minutes.
Julian cut all the vegetables.
In a wok heat oil add crushed garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add marinate chicken and cook on high flame until golden.
Than add capsicum, cabbage, carrot and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add noodles, chowmein sauce and mix well. - Lastly add spring onion, mix well.
