    10. After its done take the pot off the stove and get a large round tray and carefully place the tray on top of the pot. This is the hard part. The FLIP. You want to make sure you have a tight hold of the pot. Place one hand on the pot handle and the other above the tray and quickly flip the pot. And remove the pot and now you have maklouebah.
