    1. Get 1 Zucchini
    2. Prepare 1 Tomato
    3. Take 1 Onion
    4. Prepare 3 eggs
    5. Make ready as required Besan paste and Flour
    6. Take as required Mix Pepper
    7. Make ready leaves Coriander
    8. Get 4-5 Clove Garlic
    9. Prepare 1 little Ginger
    10. Take 1 tsp black pepper

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Zucchini Pie:

    1. Here all the ingredients. Finely chop all the ingredients. Cut the zucchini into slices. Make a thick besan paste and add salt to it
    2. In a hot pan, add oil as per the requirement. Coat the zucchini slices into gram flour then coat with besan paste to bring more crispiness to it. Cook till it turns into golden brown. Once done keep aside
    3. In other hand Smash the eggs. Add salt and beat well. Then in the same pan, add some more oil if required then place the egg on it. Remember the flame should be lower and the pan should not be very hot.
    4. Immediately place crispy zucchini pieces to it one by one. Flame should be lower
    5. Spread all the ingredients around. Sprinkle black pepper on it. Let the egg absorbs all the ingredients and cover it for 2 - 3 min in low flame
    6. During cover the upper part will be cooked in steam. No need to flip it. The upper part will become softer
    7. Bring it out, sprinkle some chat masala and enjoy with tea.
    8. Note : Don't let the pan overheating. Cook complete recipe in low flame. If in between you feel that heat is increasing, then off the flame. Eggs should not completely cooked till we add all the ingredients.
