    4. Grated zucchini main boil rice add krein aur hath sy khub ache sy mix krein chawal ka dan mesh ho jaye ap is recipe main laft over rice use kar sakte hain
    5. Aub zucchini & rice ke mixture main ginger garlic grated add krein sare spice add kar ke mix krein
    6. Onion, green chilies, coriander leaves chopped add krein salt dalein ache sy mix krein
    7. Aub is mixture main corn flour add krein aur ache sy mix kar lein agar zarorat mehsos ho tu mazeed 2 tbsp corn flour add kar lein aub is mixture ko 20 min ke liye fridge main rakh dein
    8. Fridge sy nekal kar shashlik stick par kabab laga lein aur pan main oil garam kar ke shallow fry kar lein
    9. Ek side ko kam az kam 7 sy 8 min take fry krein kyun ke sabzi kachi hai ek side ho jaye tu side change kar ke 7 sy 8 min fry kar lein
