    2. Add nuts and protein powder, grind finely.
    3. Add honey, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Blend together.
    4. Add water and mix to form loose dough.
    5. If too thick add a bit more water.
    6. Alternatively if you don’t have a food processor, cut the mango and nuts finely with a knife. Add other ingredients and mix in a mixing bowl till blended.
    7. Press down in a glass container or container lined with baking paper. Use the back of a wet tablespoon.
    8. Cover and refrigerate over night.
    9. Cut in bars. Choose your size!
