    1. Take lukrwarm milk. Add sugar and yeast and allow it to rest for 10 mins or untill frothy.
    2. Now take flour. Add all spices and oil.
    3. Now add milk and bind the dough. Add water as required. Dough should be smooth and soft.
    4. Cover the dough with oil and keep it for a rest. For about 1.5 hours. Or until doubled in size.
    5. For stuffing. Take all veggies and add all the spices and mix well.
    6. Now divide the dough and make small balls out of it. Tame one ball. Make medium sized chapati out of it.
    7. Cut out four cuts like shown in picture and fill the stuffing in between.
    8. Add lots of cheese. Fold the opposite two flanks as shown in image.

    10. Give it a rest of 30 mins at warm place. During this time preheat the oven at 200°c. Bake the roses at 200°c for 15-20 mins.
