    The ingredients needed to make Sweet Seedai:

    1. Take 200 gms Rice flour
    2. Take 100 gms Jaggery
    3. Get 2 tsp Urad flour
    4. Make ready 2 tsp Grated coconut
    5. Get 2 tsp Ghee
    6. Take 2 tsp Sesame seeds
    7. Make ready 1/2 tsp Cardamom
    8. Make ready 50 ml Water
    9. Prepare As required Oil for frying

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Sweet Seedai:

    1. Take a pan add rice flour dry roast in low flame 2 minutes and sieve the flour and kept a side.
    2. Take a pan add Urad dal, dry roast in low flame when it will turn golden in colour take out from pan and let it cool down to the room temperature. Then put it in the mixer jar and grind it to a powder, sieve the flour and kept a side.
    3. Take a bowl add rice flour, urad dal flour, ghee, grated coconut, sesame seeds and cardamom powder mix well.
    4. Take a pan add jaggery and water cook 10 minutes. Syrup is ready. No thread consistency and filter the syrup.
    5. Add the jaggery syrup into rice flour mix with ladle. After cool down the mixture mix well with your hand make a medium dough. Rest 1 hour.
    6. From the dough take a small portion roundle it and finished the remaining dough.
    7. Take a pan add oil put the seedai 5 or 6 in a time and fry in medium flame. Cook 2 minutes then only turn the seedai and cook it will turn golden in colour. Take out from the pan. The sweet Seedai is ready.
