    17. Take 2 Bay leaves
    18. Take 1/2 Cup Yoghurt
    19. Take 1/2 bunch mint leaves
    20. Make ready 6-8 green chillies
    21. Prepare 1 kg Rice Basmati (soaked 30 minutes and boiled with salt & whole spices)
    22. Take 2 tbsp Kewra water
    23. Prepare 1/4 tsp Yellow food color

    Steps to make Mutton Biryani:

    1. In a pot,add oil and onion,fry until golden brown.Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste,spices and pre boiled meat,cook for 5mins and add water.
    2. Cover and cook on low flame for sometime.Add potatoes and cook until meat and potatoes are fully done.
    3. Add yoghurt and cook, add kewra,podina leaves and green chillies
    4. In a separate pot put water with whole spices to boil rice.
    5. Now once the rice are boiled aik kanni,star in and put the rice layer over the already prepared masala and keep for dum,sprinkle food colour.
    6. In 15-20 mins they will be ready,serve with raita and enjoy
