    1. First fry onion in a pan
    2. When it soft add all spices in it salt 1 spoon mix well add meat in it mix well
    3. Add ginger garlic paste fry till colour change and oil left
    4. Add tomato yoghurt paste in it mix well
    5. Cook in a low flame till oil is left
    6. Add 1 cup water to tender the meat when it is tender add green coriander and green chilli in it
    7. Cook 5 min till water become dry keep a side
    8. Now rice washed and pour in water before 1 hour to cook
    9. Now boil rice in 2 tsp salty water in a pan when it boil add drain rice in it
    10. Bring it to boil when rice 80 percent cooked drain the water
    11. Take same pan of rice add 1tbsp oil in it then layer of rice in it
    12. Then add food color in it add chopped coriander in it add chopped tomato little in it
    13. Same procedure add 2 layers in it
    14. At last add tadka of longg and small ilachi in it
    15. And put cloth on the lid of pan and keep 15 min in damm
    16. Now spicy biryani become ready
