    1. Get 4 cups Rice (I use basmati)
    2. Take 1 kg Chicken
    3. Get 1 cup Oil

    6. Take 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
    7. Prepare 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder

    11. Get 1 1/2 tbsp All spices whole
    12. Take 1 tbsp Yellow food colour
    13. Make ready 2 pinch Saffron
    14. Take 1 tsp Kewra water
    15. Get 100 gm Plum(aloo bukhara)
    16. Take 200 gm Tomatoes thinly sliced
    17. Take 4-6 Green chilli (cut into pieces)
    18. Get Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
    19. Prepare 1 cup Onion (fried)

    Instructions

    Steps to make AlRehman Biryani:

    1. Soak rice for 1/2 hour. Put all sliced vegetables separate and mix them.
    2. In a pot fry ginger garlic paste. When it gets brown add 2 glass of water and then chicken. In other pot put rice to get boil.
    3. When chicken water gets started to boil,add all spices except yellow colour, kewara water and saffron. Add all mix vegetables including plum and in the end add saffron, kewra water and yellow colour.
    4. Add 1/2 of the half cooked rice to the pot and let it cook for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes add leftover rice. Cover it and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
    5. Yummy biryani is ready, don't mix all rice. Serve with raita and salad.
