    Steps to make Paneer Biryani:

    1. Take Kadhai add Potatoes cubed and fry it, then fry onions. Prep all veggies boil green peas.
    2. Now in kadhai add 1 tsp ghee and 1 tbsp oil add zeera, cinnamon, cloves, green chilli ginger garlic paste add all veggies and add salt and cook for 5 min now add tomatoes and cook for 2 mins.Now add all masala and paneer and cook for while lastly add cooked rice and cover it with lid and cook for 5 min. Sprinkle fried onion.
    3. Ready to serve with papad and Raita.
