    12. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

    15. Make ready 1 tsp kasuri Methi
    16. Make ready 2-3 tsp curd
    17. Make ready 2 tsp Coriander leaves to garnish
    18. Prepare as needed cashew

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Veg Biryani:

    1. Soak the rice for 15-20mins prior and then par boil it adding some salt to it
    2. Chopped Veggies and par boil them
    3. For Gravy:Grind Tomatoes and onions, green chilli and ginger.Take curd in a small bowl add all spices and mix well the paste.
    4. Heat oil in a pan add some Cumin seeds, bay leaf and red dry chilli now pour the gravy and give a nice and thick boil until the oil releases.
    5. Ready to eat with raita, papad, pickles
